Recommended CookingInstructions:
· Rest meat at room temperature for 30 minutes before roasting
· Pre-Heat Oven at 200 Degrees Celsius for 15 minutes
· Once ready, place beef roast in oven and set oven temperature for 150 Degrees Celsius for approx..60-75 mins (do adjust temperature based on preferred doneness)
· Once completed, remove from oven to rest for at least 20 minutes before carving (do cover the roast joint loosely with aluminium foil)
*Doneness notes: 60°C (rare) / 65°C (medium) / 75°C (well done)
